Group Fitness Classes

The following classes are offered on the Spring 2012Fitness schedule. Group Fitness classes are offered on a drop-in basis and are free to Rec Center members and guests.

 Check out the huge variety of classes that are offered for your enjoyment!!!!!!  Over 100 fitness classes for you to choose from!  You can find your Zen, bust out your cardio, or sculpt your body to perfection with the classes that are offered.  We offer everything from cardio to strength.  Our instructors are nationally certified to bring out the best in you!

Regular Schedule: 1/17 - 5/5

Spring Break Modified Schedule:  3/10 - 3/17
Classes are held in the Student Recreation Center Studios  

Participation Guide:  Our classes are developed to meet various levels of experience, most require no experience.  Come and have fun!  Others are denoted as follows due to complexity and intensity levels:  F2  Try these classes to challenge your fitness and pump up the intensity, and F3 These classes are sure to challenge your personal best.
